HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC. HSBC MORTGAGE FRAUD AND PREDATORY LENDING BRANDON, FLORIDA

I bought a home in 2004 and my loan was sold to HSBC and it has been a nightmare ever since. I have been researching for a class action lawsuit have enough evidence if people are willing to come forward. I fell 2 payments behind and they refused the money and have tried to foreclose on my house. I went to a chapter 13 to save it and every month HSBC said they didn't get paid and they did. I had to show proof every month they cashed the cashiers check and they signed for it sent it DHL. I have them for fraud, predatory lending if people are will to come forward contact me. They did foreclose but I got a stay on it. ALso, my mortgage never showed up on my credit report. When I tried to refinance they never called back or I got the run around to get a pay off. Also, when I fell behind the people at HSBC were rude, telephone harrassed me, etc.
