I have initiated legal action against this mortgage company for repeated (dozens over 2 years) violations of Soldiers and Sailors Act violations, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act.

WOULD LIKE TO INITIATE A CLASS ACTION SUIT! I found 3 PAGES of complaints about this company...does anyone want to join forces and resources?

IS THERE AN ATTORNEY OUT THERE that would like to file this class action suit?

I was deployed to Iraq for 20 months and HSBC destroyed my credit...over charged fees, refused to change interest rate, made collections calls to my home and divulged account information to 3rd parties repeatedly. LOCKED my account from payments, lied to POA about balances and refused information. Raised limits on loan to prevent refinance but doesn't release funds. Turned my account over to collection agency when it was CURRENT but refused to acknowledge in writing.

I filed the civil suit in November 2008 in Federal Court. If anyone is interested in conjoining in a CLASS ACTION SUIT, please contact me directly. I will put you in touch with my attorney. We have discussed this matter, and he agrees that HSBC needs to be held accountable.
