Leslie Frederick (CEO) told me not to pay my mortgage because my loan was going to close. My initial phone call was from an unlicensed loan officer named Lisa Hampton. She was very unprofessional in handling my loan process. I was told that my loan was going to close on the 28th of the month which means I would not have had to make a mortgage payment because my loan would've funded before my next payment was due. I called Lisa and asked her what time my closing was going to be and she stalled me all day telling me it was going to happen and then Leslie Frederick called.
Leslie Frederick told me I actually did need to make the mortgage payment and I told her that I had put the money towards the appraisal. She said fine because I would not have to make a payment for this month anyway. She told me she would write a check and pay my mortgage company for the inconvience Lisa had caused me. I told her I was at work and needed to get my mortgage account number from home and she would do a check by phone for me. Now, everytime I call the office she avoids my calls. She NEVER returns my calls and has not sent me a check. She lied to me. My loan never closed. She never refunded me for the appraisal fee.
I have lost so much time and money due to this scamming company!
