I was not behind when I called Litton Loan to apply for a loan mod however my husband and I self employed and could not refinance because of the current market not to mention the fact we had an adjustable that they are billing wrong and over the cap interest making them in breech of the agreement itself. I had the same experience of trial modification and them returning my cashiers check and then sending a letter stating I did not make the agreement. What is your lawyer's name so all of us can contact him or her.
