I was buying a house from Michael Innocent (Total Stop Realty) Pierre L Valcimond, Donna (premier mortgage) Mondesir & Alexis (Pierre). I decided to refinance my current house to get some money out to buy a new home. I was never able to purchase the house because of their dishonesty and misleading people.
I told Michael Innocent to stop the refinance since I did not buy the house any longer. He said in order for him to stop the refinance. I had to close and cancel within 3 days. I called Michael Innocent and Pierre from Mondesir and Alexis the next morning after the closing. They kept on sending me to each other back in forth. Pierre told me I had to see Michael to cancel. Michael told me that I had to see Pierre to cancel until the 3 days was gone for them to make the commission.
After all, I spoke to Michael Innocent, and he told me he did and never did. I called him back when I found out that they put the loan through, and he said that was a mistake he should have been cancelled. He said he was going to contact the closing company and gave me a call back and never did. I called back left message, and never return my calls.
I called him from a # he does not know and picked up, said that he was going to do the paper for nothing. He also said that he was not stupid enough to cancel the loan. Do you know anywhere else I can report them? I would suggest everyone to not do business wit them with them.
Not only the issue with the refinance. He told me to give him a check to hold for him to submit the offer for the house. I gave him the check and cashed it months after the contract was cancelled where my account was over drawn. They were not supposed to cash the check; it was supposed to be on hold or destroyed. He told me not to stop payment for him not to loose his license, and I told him not to cash it for my account not to be overdrawn.
He said they will not cash the check which they did. They are ripping people off. People watch were you going and who you dealing with when it comes time to do business. Dummy, I was by not getting any writing paper from them as far as my mortgage being cancelled and to put a hold on the check.
