Midland Mortgage is holding my Hurricane Ike insurance money despite me sending in all the required paperwork. It took 3 1/2 weeks to get 1st installment back even though their paperwork said it would be processed in 5-7 days. Michelle in customer service said they are "busy".

I am 50% done with the home repair and have requested an inspection so I can get the next installment. Despite 2 written requests and multiple phone requests, no inspection. This means that Mildand is holding 2/3 of my insurance check which just so happens to add up to more than is owed on the mortgage.

I have been handed off to multiple "supervisors" and yet to get a call back
