-so glad to read that we are not the only ones! My credit has been ruined by this mortgage company, due to the fact that they have billed us fraudulant late fees, then returned monthly payment checks stating the checks were for the wrong amount. They have been caught in lies varying from stating that they never received a check for a specific payment (which they later miraculously "discovered" when confronted with evidence), that they did not have an application for delinquency assistance on file for me (which justifies them moving forward towards foreclosure): again, when confronted with evidence, the application "miraculously" appeared), lying about information IN my application to justify denying it (again, confontation with facts caused things to "miraculously" reappear).

Of course, once their errors were caught, confronted, and corrected considerable time had passed, and thus my loan became more & more "delinquent", and my credit rating sunk deeper & deeper.

These are just a few examples, but it seems clear that this whole process is designed to ruin my credit by their trail of "errors" so that I can't possibly refinance with another company in order to do business with a legitimate lender. I have since appointed a P.O.A. & consulted an attorney to resolve this, and hopefully a civil action suit is coming down the pipe. This company clearly has a systemic agenda against its customers.
