I had a loan originator from Money Tree Mortgage contact me about getting a home loan and all I had to do was send $200.00. I sent the $200.00 and was told that I could start looking for a house and they will do all of the financing. I was giving a 65,000.00 purchase limit. Once I found the house I wanted I started working with a realtor. When the realtor contacted Money Tree, she was told that I did pre-qualify, the loan originator even sent her a letter. At trying to close the deal on the house I couldn't reach anyone. The guy I was dealing with at Money Tree all of sudden was available any of the times I called. Then I talked with a young lady and she told me that she didn't have any files on me saying that I was pre-qualified. I asked for my money back and they told me that I couldn't get my money back.
