Money Tree Mortgage ripoff Woodstock Georgia

Money Tree call after I did a survey on the email to refinance my home, and they went through all the details and after all was said and done, and everything was submitted they said that I was approved. And in order to make this happen I needed to send $300.00 to secure the loan, and I did, but after I sent the three hunderd dollars they called and said that something else had come up and I needed to verify that infromation and I did and after another week had passed they said that something on my credit had to be paid off before they could do the loan.

Now i am sure that whatever come up on the report was already there, but in anyway they got my 300.00 and i have not heard a word from them since. I have tried to call the numbers that was given to me and no one answer anymore. I have done everything that I possibly could and nothing or nobody can help. If this is not a ripoff then someone tell what is a ripoff. Don't let this happen to anyone else.
