In response to your complaint. On September 2 2003 at 10:58am we tried to call you letting you know that your check had bounced. The person at your work# provided by YOU said you no longer worked there so we left a message at your home# to contact us regarding a bad check.

All you had to do was contact us letting us know that the checks were stolen from you...but you didn't. This is actually the first time we've heard from you(on this ripoff report).

We then left you another message on September 4 2003 at 1:10pm requesting for you to pay by tomorrow or we are swearing out a warrant. It's a felony to write a bad check to a company and not pay it.

Some companies just choose to not worry with it and report it to the credit bureaus as a collection. Don't you think that if you were really wronged with the whole "stolen checks issue" that you would let us know while you're taking action??? We don't know anything about your stolen checks until you tell us. But you've yet to respond to any of our calls in 2 1/2 months. That is very interesting.

i dont care about any of your documents that you so called have i know for a fact that i never spoke with any of you people, the fact remains is that all you people do is rip people off, i have put this bad experience behind me and my family and i are ejoyining our new home we purchased with a REAL LEGIT company.....................

I find Stephonie's comments interesting myself. As I am sure so do all the others MTM has screwed. I hope that all involved with the scam that MTM pulled on all of us, get what each deserves. Everyone of MTM's employees, should be ashamed and punished along with Todd & his family and also Darcie. Becareful for what u say for it get come back to bite you, Stephonie!
