National City Mortgage Ripoff sold my Mortgae Loan without letting me know Pekin Illinois

In February of 2003 I went to National City Mortgage and received and FHA loan. In November of 2003 they sold my loan after I complained about the house we were living in(have had problems from day 1).

My Realtor had refused to help because we had bought the house "as is" but we were not told about the problems that had already exsiste because they had been covered up and my Insurance Company has since canncelled me because of the problems to the house.

Any way.... National City sold my account to a Mortgage Company without letting me know! I went to go make my monthly payment and was told that my loan had been sold and they could not except my money. The young gentleman told me that the new Loan Company would be contactiing me real soon.

Guess what it took them 3 months to contact me and they have been a real thorn in my side ever since. National City is selling Mortgage Loans to a real scammer so please be careful and I wish you all the luck with National City.

This Mortgage Company that they are selling loans to is taking people's homes out from underneath them.
I will be seeing a lawyer tomorrow... was told by another Realtor that I could sue National City and that is what I plan on doing.
