National City Mortgage ripoff--fraudulent, dishonest, greedy--making false late charges that affectes credit reports Dayton Ohio

My situation started back in October 2003, I noticed that my house payment was not deducted from my checking acct, so I called the customer service, in los angeles, and they informed me that it was never recieved. I told them I had sent it out a week prior.

They continued inform me that they did not have the payment, and if I did not send it in with the late fee, I would be considered default on my loan, and then they would start foreclosure proceedings. So I then sent in another payment to make up for that one, and noticed the same error as stated above.

I then contacted NCM again, and they told me that they could not accept a personal check, they need a money order in the full amounts of the two previous payments. I then got the money order and sent it in and a few weeks later, I received foreclosure papers from their attorneys Milsap & Singer (located in ST. Louis, Mo. ).

The only thing I could do to stop this foreclosure was to file bankruptcy to stop them from getting my house.

After filing bankruptcy, my attorney and I have numerous times disbuted with NCM over my payments to them being considered late.

I would then get the situation resolved and then about 5 or 6 months later, I got foreclosure papers telling me they were going to take my house. And this continued until this day.

So basicly this mortgage company made me have to file bankruptcy on them, plus they ruined my credit by saying I was 90 plus behind on my payments to them and I even disbuted this to the credit agencies and NCM got their win and to this day my credit is completely ruined.

when taking this loan out I was only making $9,000 a year so they used my mothers earnings and my credit to secure this loan.
