ocwen federeal bank is ripping me off with late charges

I have 3 children and this company has been a nightmare. I have tired everything to work with them but with the late charges they are charging me I can't get ahead.

They have even said we do not make the money for these riduculous payments. They want over 1500.00 a month and we only do 2200.00 a month.

My mortage was sold off to them with out really any notice and no information to where to send my payment of an account to go by.

So in the mean time I have late payments on this account. When it was sold off the raised my interest rate to the moon at 12.1%. Which is a ridulous rate.

Now I have bad credit and can't get another loan because of this company. Can some body please help. I have also had to seek out help through the goverment and church and city help to help with cut backs.

But I do not qualify for very much. Ocwen has also told me that I need to borrow the money from family and friends which was not a right thing to say. I have no where to turn. Please help.
