Ocwen Federal has charged me with late and legal fees!! and did not disclose

the fact that they were charging legal fees. I became behind one payment and it has been a nightmare with them. I was told I had forced placed insurance when I did not. None of their customer service people know what they are doing. It is a virtual nightmare. I am trying to refinance and get rid of them. I originally had Amerifirst another rip off, and sold out to Ocwen Federal Bank. I am know caught up supposedly. They do have a phone pay system which works well for $10.00 a hit. Other than that they are a rip-off, my mortgage is adjustable and I must get out of hit by November. What a horrible thing this has been. They have part of my payment in suspense $699.34 and they told me that until I make thewhole payment it stays in suspense just hanging there like no payment at all. I am really upset about them.
