If you can avoid financing with this company. Our mortgage was sold to Ocwen shortly after refinancing upon direction of a financial advisor of American Express. Since that time we have been on the phone (bi-monthly) or writing to the company trying to straighten out mis-allocating our escrow payments and making un-necessary tax payments or not making tax or insurance payments at all. We can prove deception by their customer service dept (if they understood english-I think it's in India) and are considering class action. Recently reported on CBS aggressive in their attempts to repo properties.

There are many class actions pending against these scumbags.
