Everytime I knew we made payments they would send us a thrreatening letter of foreclosure on our house. They charged a substantial amount of attorney fees on our bill every month, we had to pay to keep our home. Our effort just to keep the house had gone too far with worries and fear that Ocwen will take our home. We ended paying because we cared too much for the home.

The home is under my nephews name, but we kept making the payments not wanting to hurt a family member's credit. They must have sent us a foreclosure statement at least five times within the past couple years. We would like to settle this matter and rest our mind knowing that we are safe and secure with our home at last.
