Ocwen Federal Savings Bank Rip-Offs of The Worst Kind! Orlando Florida

My 2nd Mortgage Loan was purchased by Ocwen June of 2003 since then I have had trouble everytime I call to make an inquiry about my payment. First they always tell me to hold for someone else they are trying to contact, which never happens. Then they put me on hold a good half dozen times. I filed a bankruptcy recently and Tried to reaffirm with Ocwen. They would not send any papers to reaffirm.

I still make my payments on time but the last to payments even though they were on time were all put toward interest no principal. When I asked why an on time payment was all interest they told me that I did not understand how simple interest loans worked and they would have one of their experts contact me, when I refused and said I wanted answers now they just kept putting me on hold.

Finally the representative said he wuld put his supervisor on the phone who try the same tactics then claimed he was having the payments changed to regular payments. I thought I was paying regular payments. I'm not sure what I've been paying now but I know it takes about 2 plus weeks for them to process a payment and I have had to call numerous times to complain about late charges and extra interest. In my current position I can't refinance so I'm stuck dealing with them.
