My wife and I have accumulated reams of paper in our ongoing, everlasting, battle with Ocwen. I can waste space here listing the details of our struggle with them. Email me at jadrr5@mindspring.com and we can start to do fight back. Each of us has struggled against them in our own little battles. The sheer numbers who have blindly stumbled on this sight shows to me that we're searching for help. Listen to our voices. They are almost identical to each other. Ocwens business plans do not include any room for ethics and reasoning. We can as a group fight back. We need one central focal point to begin accumulating our documents and funds together. Perhaps regional "HUBS". Get enough evidence that their practices are illegal as well as immoral, build a defense fund, and get the attention of some power lawyers. Like a Cochran or Shapiro.
If we all act together in sending letters, emails, calling politicians, local news sources, we can at least have our day in a fair and non biased court. Their web site boasts about their high rate of foreclosures because after all they deal in deliquent substandard loans. Yes they do, and I'd be willing to bet half of them Ocwen caused. But they throw that knowledge upfront hopeing it shields them from their practices. And so far it has, hasn't. You can sit and cry about them. Fight them individually and be picked off one by one by their corporate lawyers. Or? email me. Lets start taking back what was stolen from us. Some our houses and homes, others our diginity and pride.
