OCWEN Loan Servicing Fraud, Lies and Deceit. This company does not help you and only seems to want to take your home away from you. They outsource to India and they have no idea what to do, say or behave. They are one b Rude, Deceit, Fraud. Unprofessional, West Palm Beach, Florida

I have been dealing with  Ocwen Loan Servicing for the past 2 years. They have turned my life upside down. They use scare tactics when your mortgage is late by 1 payment. Send you letters of "pending foreclosure" and charge you for each time they send it to
you certified. They have not sent me a statement of account for the past 6 months. I have no idea what I owe in charges, fees, escrow, Principle and Interest, etc.

Unfortunately, my mortgage was sold to this underhanded company and for the meantime, I am stuck with them. My letter is similar to one written by another person who has also the same problems I am having. I would like to file a class action suit against this company. The more people that get together to fight against this company's lies and deceit, greed and gouging, we can make a difference and someone does have to listen. My modification was denied, yet I received no letter from Ocwen. Forget about phone calls, no on ever calls you back. For them to save money, they outsource to India. If only they could speak that you understand what they are saying. Seems to me that they read from cards. They cannot even answer your questions and you never get the same answer twice.

Stay away from Ocwen at all costs, if you are stuck with them, help us and fight for your rights. File a class action suit with us and we can make a difference. Remember, it is the voice of many that carries the greatest impact. I am tired of being the one
to always do the right thing, and get hurt in the end.  Any one else?
