VICTIMS IN TEXAS NEED JOIN TEXAS ACTION LAWSUIT ASAP,

Ocwen has  forclosed on my home with out notice, how can a big company take such

unlawfull act,  lie a thief taking whats not theirs, maybe they see its okay to take home from their customers by lie over and over to them, not returning calls or emails,

faxes denied, they just have their  India reps, god help them, I them they are not

being trained right, or over worked, and they just lie lie tell u  your home acct. is okay

and not to make payment , that paper works is being sent in two weeks, Nothing has been done . I was under A modification since 4-2009 with no results, just its in process send all doctuments which I did. and  still, no calls of denial notice or mail or other resolutions offer to save my home, just blunt mail of notice of foreclosure, am in shock, and I see am not the only victim of ocwen its a bigger problem than I THOUGHT how can  a company get away with such unlawfull practice and feel they are doing it right . We cant let Ocwen  get away with this thieft act. we gota fight back.  SO  TEXAS VICTIMS WANT TO GET ON THE CLASS ACTION SUIT ASAP.

Ocwen class action

They sold my home while my modification was in review. I hired a third party to handle the process. This has been going on since 6-09. I was denied for Obama Modification imagine that, in 8-09. So Melissa filed a traditional mod. She called me on 9-15-09 and said I had been approved for modification the new payment would be 361.82 and I would have to send it by 9-23 the day before my house was to be sold.

She told me to call Ocwen if I did not receive the agreement by 9-18 which I did. Imagine my horror and panic when I was told that I was not approved. I asked to speak to a supervisor no you can't they don't take calls. What kind of bull is that? I said what about getting an extension on the sell date he told me that is entirely up to the attorney. that Ocwen can ask them to but it was up to the attorney. the attorney told me it was Ocwen that needed to let them know to stop the sell.

I asked if they would sell the house and he said that as long as the paperwork was all there that they would not go forward with the foreclosure. My paperwork was complete. Ocwen has no intention of helping you keep your home and they won't give you a loan mod unless it ridiculously impossible to keep up your payments.

If you have not lost your home yet you probably will. They sent me foreclosure notices and many of theses complaints they did not give notice, maybe that is the lawyers that they use that sends the notices.

I have wrote to my State Representaive and Hillary clinton And I am going to write to the Attorney General and President Obama as well as the Missouri govevernor. someone in Washington needs to do something. All of us homewners that are deal
ing with these LIARS need to write Washington and let them know our experience with these LIARS AND HOME THIEVES.

I encourage any and everyone to do this, someone somewhere needs to care enough to help us. Maybe we should contact CBS,CNN,NBC,ABC, LOCAL NEWS STATIONS. We need to get our story out. Lets shut Ocwen down!!!
