Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC This Company ''OCWEN'' is putting our family in the street, HELP US PLEASE!!! West Palm Beach, Florida

My loan was bought in in November by OCWEN and i was never notified until a mth later, in which I was sent a letter stating I was behind 2800. in escrow, and I could either Modify and put it to the end of the loan or come up with the mthly. payment plus escrow. I didnt understand how that could be since we were'nt behind on any payments with the previous MRTG CO. I called this company( that you will never speak to anyone you can clearly understand). At which point I felt very threaten to take this offer or else. I was told to sign and fax it immediately and NOT to make a payment until Feb.2010. She also told me that I should not worry if I didint hear anything back because it would take time to update in the system. The next thing I heard was in Jan,2010 certfied letter saying I was being notified that I was going into foreclosure. I called immediately and I have documented 10 phone calls with all diffrent people and each time was treated like a criminal. I HAVE DONE NOTHING TO WARRANT THIS and you can make no headway with these people, if you are clearly upset in tone they will put you on hold or even hang up. I have been on the phone once for almost 3 hrs. The amount is outrageous with all these fees, for something I was instructed to do! I have sent letters to their "Reseach DEPT" explaining what they did and to please Help me and fix this error, No one has ever called or responded. They have said the sent letters and I have never recieved them. The said they made phone calls on numbers that were not mine.Even after giving them the correct numbers I still have yet to hear from them. I have sent them a payment and there just is no way of catching up with adding fees and all negative credit reporting I am completely trapped in their web. Is this the Mafia? Is there no laws governing this? We will be in the street and completely desitude and ruined over nothing we have done but listen to what we were aked to do. We have our business we run out of this location, we bought this property for that specific reason and this is our first home. We will also have no way to pay for our other commitments we have. THIS "OCWEN" needs to be STOPPED!
