OCWEN took over my mortgage in 2005 and it hasbeen a nightmare. they charge my payment to everything but my principle and interest i have a fixed rate mortgage and they have treated it as a simple interest loan. no matter if i fedex or pay online they always credit my payment as late and they charge the same fees over andover monthly home inspection and theyhave even charged me $5000 for insurance when ihave home owners. the mortgage company they purchaesed my loan from never paid my property taxes and i ended up having to file for bankruptcy and i paid it off early and when it ended ocwen applied all my payments during the bankruptcy as late and i was going to refinance and my balance should have been $166,000 and they said it was $240,000. I hired and attorney and was making my payments to their attorneys while we were trying to solve the issues supposedly and while there attorney was holding my fund they tried to foreclose on me. their attorney quit them andi was stuck again. My atorney thought allwas settled in julyn 2009 and i began making my payments again and all were made with proof on time even when you pay on their site they do not credit for days and no matter when you pay it is always late. after paying july august and septemeber i get a letter i am a month past due and they have appiied my paymnets to well they cannot tell me and they never apply to principle or interest and somehow ihave fees and interst and my payoff is not $193,000 when in july2009 it was $166,000 by their agreement. TOday I receive a letter that i am in default. dated october 6. I have a claim on my home for my roof and my insurance company has made the payment to them and me and they have told me since i am late they willnot give me the money and will apply it to my amount owed. I AM NOT LATE BY THEIR OWN AGREEMENT. they have assigned a loan specialist to deal with my attorney and it just keeps getting worse. I do not know who out there will listen to me. I cannot refinance as they have ruined my credit but they need to be punished. I am not asking for a free ride i want my loan to be current and if i keep doing what i am supposed to do i want them to do what they are supposed to do. the lawyers talk and talk but it just starts all over. when i was in bankruptcy ocwen said i owed them 80,000 and i did not and they kept going back to court with no proof and the judge threw it out a court order and they added this to my payoff anyway. my lawyer thought this was all settled and when i told him about the letter saying i am late he call the loan specialist and she said she would look into it and today i get aletter of default. I HAVE PROOF OF EVERY PAYMENT. IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME OR TELLME WHAT I CAN DO PLEASE LET ME KNOW
