My husband found out that they reported he was 3 months late with his mortage when he called he was transfered to a person in india who did not know anything after getting upset he hung up. I called back and was transerfed to india again after yelling at the person on the phone and cursing i told her i wanted to speak to an american person and if she did hang up i would call back and she would be sorry kind of childish but fter telling her i wanted to speak to a us person and not some moron in india thats taking jobs away from people in the us she finally transfered me to a us person you need to be persistant to spreak to someone in the us
