The Song "Only in America " is truly an old song the words don't apply anymore. At least not for us,ir seems like in white collrar crime, the victors are the corrupt banks and other entities behind the scenes.  Lets face it everyone knows there are so many individuals facing hardships these days.

These unfortunate circumstances are for so many different reasons: Sickness pertaining to you or a family member,change in employment,death of a loved one,spouse,partner. DeMarco and his vultures came at the worst time of our lives, he came with an offer that if done properly our homes really could have been saved.

Now that the "dust has settled" and DeMarco and a handful of the criminals are awaiting trial ,the mediation process has begun . Not musch help for us,we are now looked at as unfortunates who have no money, we are reminded we should have lots of money now,we have not been paying rent. There is no mention of the fraud,forgery,unnotarized, unsigned documents that took place this is also due to the fact that many of the behind the scene participants are very reputable and powerful individuals. This puts everything into" Perspective" I was not involved in the so called "mediation " I did get a call back from my attorney when it was over. There were so many options!!! "Cash for Keys" Ocwen is offfering 2500 and you can just walk away from the property.

I was also advised my credit score was not applicable as of July 2011; I could find a rich relative to lend me money to buy back the home that was swindled from me. I have been worrking,I am furthering my education.
this is what our Government has come up with to" Help Save Our Homes " we just won't be whole again.

There were 120 of us scammed ,Ed and his staff have posted each and every report from Angel, Mark, Carlyn, Kim, Valerie, David.  Each and everyone one of worked for these homes. Title companies, mortgage brokers, investors all got a piece of the action aks the proceeds from the closings . How is this fair to us?? These banks involved rae upset becasue we were "poor slobs" anyway isn't that what  everyone is trying to say? Money,is what it has all come down to, What is sad is it looked like we were going to get a bit of help,.

No,all that equity that was stripped,all those exorbiant closing fees that  we paid,any rent we paid to the real estate investors, this is all gone now. I feel like at 59 years old,its basically over for me: I am paying for my eduaction,the straw buyer filed Bankruptcy on our homes and he also received a fee for doing this. The straw buyers  lied about their employment and posted it on the internet,the straw buyer got to keep the "down payment" he never put down it was 43,000 I have documentation of this.

This is not "Justice "by any means!!! Why isn't someone looking out for us: Does this mean every violation,every unsigned document,all the money that was stolen is okay?? Does this mean taht banks that our Governament has given millions of dollars to help homeowners get back on their feet does not have to help us?

There were Bankruptcies and forecloures filed by individuals who forged their signatures and some did not even sign till days later.
Washington,all you big high paid officials who we voted for: Can you have some one help with this?? I have to work today.I don't know where to turn. 
One alternative is To go to Washington with every document I have and sit on the White House steps!!

We vote,a lot of money was stolen not only from the banks but us the homeowner who put the down payment,  had all those illegal closing fees from brokers taken from the proceeds and tahn what about the cash out taht went to the straw buyers and DeMarco real estae investments.

This is a crime and my next stop  is the Court House in Washington with every document from start to finish,I will fight for what is being taken from me, anyone who wants to join me is welcome,.
This is suppose to be America where every imdividual is entitled to Justice not just rich bamks and corrupt agencies.

These days I Cry myself to Sleep: We have been scammed,lied to, our homes were involved in a scam and now they want to sell the homes back to us. Can you guess who?? Ocwen, I have never been so upset in my life.
Lawyers  do not want to help,to tell you the truth Ed and Ripoff Report seem to be the only ones I trust and all us have been reporting and reporting.

I do not undersatnd it, Do you?? Everyday probably every hour you are reading something about Ocwen,who would have thought that a company such as this with outsourcing in India would get to destroy so many individuals??

Are we just screwed? Is anybody home?? Ocwen, from my experience does not want to help,I can't understand why our Government is letting all this happen!!! It seems like theres no help for the little guy who came upon hard times,In the Demarco scam we are now like nothing ,nobody wants to help.

Though the FBI arrested DeMarco, we are left to the wolves,all illegal from the closing to the Bankruptcy filings, there was no trial for us,the mediation was non existent. They don't want to help us,they want us to pay even after someone took our equity, lawyers throw it in your face that you have lived rent free.

There is no one trying to bail us out like the banks were bailed out,what about the 11 million that was was stolen.
The title comapnies that were involved all being over looked, Why? because some involved are owned by rich, reputable individuals so it makes it allright.

I never thought this would happen in America,what has this world come to when you are offered 2500 to walk away from the home,that you put a down payment on,worked for 30 years,had a starw buyer get a pay off from the sale of your home, I think this really Sucks big time.

This "meltdown "or what ever you call it with all these Predatory loans,  started in 2007 :  Wake up and smell the coffee its getting worse: Victims of a scam are being treated like they are the defendants!!
 
Please help us: Barack Obama,all you senators, we may have come upon hard times,but we are trying. Why does Ocwen want our homes?? Why can't someone help us,?? This is a crime, all thats left is corrupt banks,nasty lawyers, who try and string you along. America is not "America the Beautiful" anymore we are in the hands of corrupt crooked banks who are allowed to lose paper work,have their calling center in India, make mistakes on important documents and it is all okay.

Why is this? Becasue they have us right where they want us: These banks want  to get richer by selling you back your home that were scammed from us; The banks got their money and you know it would be so simple if someone out there would intervene and try and help us: We are not banks ,we had no big insurance to pay for Demarcos fraud. I hate what this country has turned into.

I am disillusioned,sad, disappointed who would think that after your home was involved in a scam where Hud fraud,Forgery, exorbitant closing fees, fees to brokers all from the sale of our homes and this is what Ocwen comes up with 2,500 dollars to walk away from your home.
Would'nt it be easier to just shoot us??

I would also like to thank our Justice System for doing such a great job in making sure we got such a great deal we are so lucky we get a chance to buy back the homes that were scammed from us. This is America" land of Oppurtunity" for crooks,rich banks and to hell with the little guy !! Who cares what happens. I have been lied to,my home that  I worked for is about to be taken after some investor from another sate files Bankruptcy.

In December of 2010 thanks to the hardwork of Ed Magedson and his staff at RipOff Report,the FBI and the United States Government put  Anthony DeMarco and some of his slugs  behind bars and they are awaiting trial.

Not only were the homes flipped,banks were robbed in a very sneaky way,homes were over appraised,signatures were forged,hud docs were fraudulent. When it was finally over 120 individuals were scammed some were scammed more than others.

It all started because we were facing foreclosure for many different reasons,loss of job,change in pay,illness and or death in family.Anthony DeMarco sent literature: he could keep us in our homes, as well as giving us a cash out,he would also set up reserves from the equity and within a year we could get ownership back. I was advised this would prevent the sheriff from placing a yellow sticker on my door. Demarco said it was just like "still owning the home."

Unfortunately it was a nighmare! DeMarco charged us exorbitant rents,the cash outs were menial and though the HUD docs read cash to seller, all the proceeds went to Anthony DeMarco,so he stole the banks money,and than charged us rent 1000's of dollars over our mortgage.

The proceeds from the sales of all these homes were used to pay the straw buyers/investors for buying our homes.
The strw buyer did not even have to put a down payment just pretend they purchased  the home.  Many of these investors purchased 3 or more homes.

DeMarco advised my rent was high (2,900) because taxes went up in Union City,he reminded me if I paid the 2900 there were reserves set aside for hardship so I had nothing to worry about.Unfortuantely when I asked for the reserves I was told he could not give the reserves he had to pay the loan officer ? !

At this point I contacted the attorney General,The FBI and wrote on RipOff Report within weeks more and more individuals were reporting, I was told I should not have paid DeMarco the 2900 a month because I would need that money,I paid for 6 months till i ran out of money ; Anthony said I had the reserves set aside for hardships.

Now we face more problems,though DeMarco is in prison,the straw buyers have filed Bankruptcy or foreclosure and the banks want their money. The homes were over appraised,in my situation 170,00 owed and home was sold for 365,000. There was no equity it went to Demarco and the investors and than rent was paid.

This is why I need help: The bank involved Ocwen/Freddie Mac can't help "They are not a bank"
I was told this and also advised to find a broker before mediation . I cannot do this though I am paying to further my eduacation,I am working only part time.

The banks were scammed out of their money,but I was sacmmed out the equity and the straw buyer never lived on the premises plus he was paid off,he never paid a water bill,a utility bill.
Why do we have to lose what about what was taken from us?

I have all the fraudulent documents and I do not think this is justice !!! Please Help can someone help save my home?? It is not my fault what Demarco and his starw buyers did. I will pay back the loan jsut as I apid Demarco. Please do not take my home,it may have been a fraudulent tranaction but 150,000 was still robbed ,Please help save these homes.

Unfortunately those of us Scammed by DeMarco,Rei and the slugs are now at the mercy of the banks and some banks may help while others just don't care .

What is really surprising and bafffling is if a Straw buyer never occupied the home,never paid a utility bill,how can he declare Bankruptcy ? If documents were not notarized and signatures were forged how is any of the transcation even legal?

A statemnet was made that our equity was not stripped becaase the starw buyer never really purchased the home or resided in the homes so would'nt that make the entire transaction Fraud?

I know that 150,000 went to DeMarco,REI and that I paid rent to Demarco,REI : I was charged all types of closing fees and broker fees and after the payoff there was 150,00, which  was kept by DeMarco,rei

This is how Anthony DEMarco and his investors stole the equity: On each transcation all the proceeds went To Demarco,Rei which he shared with his investors, and went on to purchase Bentleys,Ferraris,jewelry etc.

For years DeMarco partied at the best of places  and enjoyed a lavish life style,the result of scamming 120 individuals,DeMarco was not alone,there were others: Biana,Tripper,Buzz, Jason,Eric,
Tony, individuals from title companies, until finally after Ripoff Reports posted by the scammed individuals and disgruntled employes in December of 2010 the party was over for DeMarco and 4 of his slugs/cohorts.

Ed Magedson's site along with an FBI investigation put Demarco behind bars. There is only one problem : Now that the homes have been stripped of equity,gone into Foreclsoure and Bankruptcy: We the original homeowners are considered the "lucky ones" we are still in the homes.

This is what needs to be addressed: DeMarco acquired the largest loan he could on these homes: The payoff on my home was 172,000 and the loan was for 365,00,after all fees were deducted 150,000 went to Demarco,Rei though Hud docs stated "cash to seller."

Demarco promied each of us reserves and also claimed he was putting money in an escrow account.
This was all lies and instead eviction notices went out,and not only were the cash outs kept,rent was paid twice our mortgage or more in some cases.

Plese expalin why we are lucky,I don't think one of us would have paid  that kind of rent if we knew DeMarco's intentions.  There was 150,000 that was stolen from the bank that provided the loan,than rent was paid, and we are lucky.

Does'nt anyone realize if this was not done we would be able to pay a mortgage, I have receipts proving I paid , yes, I guess I was ignorant but there were loan officers,title agents,and attorneys present at the title comapny that day.

Why can't someone help save my home?? I have said it and I will state it once again I paid DeMarco, I will pay back the government: I don't consider myself privileged in any way: I know we were scammed,the equity on this home was stripped and I would like help to get a loan so i can get the home back.

It is not fair that  not only 150,000 was stolen but rent was also paid.  In reality DeMarco robbed banks through this scam : We should not have to suffer since we also were robbed of the homes and paid rent.

Can some advocate or Hud and any agency out there please help us: I have all my documents from the very begining of the Scam.

you congress person
FBI
FTC
Contact the company selling your house, their lawyer group. explain what is going on and be prepared to show proof.


Make reports thru these agencies. It works. I got a loan mod after 4 years. The fight is not over as OCWEN has taken a personal interest in messing with me. ( retrobution will be mine ) The INDIA call centers are a joke. Haji has no clue and will mess your paperwork and credit rating.

Now our homes have gone into Foreclosure,Bankruptcy and no one wants to help. THey want to evict us even though we were the original owners,our signatures were forged,The Hud statements are fraud and incorrect.

Please can someone help us??? Demarco stole 31 million dolllars from Homeowners,we just need a loan so we can pay a mortgage on these homes and not be evicted. Money was stolen from us,we paid  large rents,what about the fraudulent documents???

Why is this happening?  There was a bailout for the banks,yet many of the banks that are now involved with the government are very "shady banks " to say the least.

CAN Hud or the Fha or an Obama bailout please give us a loan to get our homes back??

Why no resolution? We did not take out loans on these homes,the straw buyers did and what about all the cash we were suppose to receive which is stated on the HUD documents.

Money was stolen from us,signatures were forged, how can these transactions even be valid if none of the documents were  notarized???

There is no more "American Dream" Yes there are consumer advocates such as Ed Magedson of Ripoff report who offer a great website for the 99% but it seems in the end only the banks get richer,the poor get poorer!!

I am not trying to be a pessimist but just read the reports on Ripoff Report alone about Ocwen aka Newco or ( new company) works for the United States Government? I am not proud that DeMarco stole our money, I would love to be living comfortably in my little house and paying a mortgage,as would most who were involved in the DeMarco Scam. Instead I am in danger of losing the home that had 150,00 worth of equity stolen and also DeMarco and the strawbuyers all got a piece of our equity and rent.

The straw buyers have let our homes go into foreclosure and in some cases Bankruptcy but now no one can help us? Why not? Why do we have to suffer for what took place? A title comapny can get away with Fraud becasue it is owned by attorneys? These title companies shared in this scam also .

One more important fact our cash out was kept by Demarco and the straw buyers,the hud stateme is fraud since we did not get this cash,and we were charged closing fees in excess of $3000 .
We don't want anything but a loan to get back our house. This is waht was suppose to happen instead some slugs and criminals stole 31 million dollars and now we may be evicted.

This makes no sense,and is not fair****** What is goin on with Ocwen & Freddie Mac?? Just take  a look at all the reports on Ocwen,class action lawsuits,losing paper work. What would we do without RipOf Report, Ed and his staff??

Corrupt mortgage comapnies acquiring other corrupt mortgage comapanies and just evicting and putting the little guy to the side?

Forgery at title comapnies. documents not notarized,Fraud on Hud documents,stripped equity.  The list goes on and on yet these are the companies working to save homes that are in Foreclosure and those who are in involved in Foreclosure Scams.

Straw buyers in a foreclsoyre scam do okay!! They do not have to put any money down, the strae buyer just uses his good credit and tahn he gets paid off sometimes 10,000 for each transaction,and sometimes the straw buyer gets a piece of the rent from th eformer home owner.

This is where the fraud comes in: The Hud documents state  "Cash to seller 150,00" but taht cash is shared with all the investors  and the home owner gets about 15,000 but has to apy rent of 2900 some of us paid up to 4000 and than ,all of our equity gone, Ferrairs and Bentleys are purchased with our money.

The Straw Buyers are off the hook,they all received the pay offs,  now we are left to  the wolves,aka "Ocwen /Newco" though we paid rent and all our equity was stolen ,too bad for us !!!  Ocwen just wants those homes to auction off.

I have read about Hamp,and Obama loan but Ocwen and Freddie Mac don't want to help us.  This is so unfair. our equity was stolen,we paid big rents,Why should we have to lose these homes???

Come on Hud,Fha, Freddie Mac why be so greedy??? Why do we have to lose after our equity was stolen. None of us are asking for a free ride. We just want to whole again. Ocwen and Freddie Mac I know its hard but think about what DeMarco,Rei did to us?

These slugs stole 31 milllion dollars. We willl pay back Freddie mac and Ocwen. Don;t you have enough properties????

I found this trivia regarding Ocwen on the internet,it was writtten by one of their  employees in India,where much of the work is outsourced. I do not understand why our government chose Ocwen this "new company". I guess Ocwen just wants to sell these homes and who cares that the former home owners worked and struggled put large down payments on these homes only to be stolen from predatory lenders and lease buy back scams.

Ocwen Loan and Freddie Mac have formed a partnership to take homes away from the middle class and the poor and "our government" initiated this. Thanks to the hard work of Ripoff Report and the FBI the scam was stopped,unfortunately 120 homes went into foreclsoure,aproximately 31 million dollars in equity and rent was stolen from the former homeowners the homes are in foreclosure and Bankruptcy and now the banks want the money and want the original homeowners out.

The United States has a trial coming up and has given the former homeowners the opportunity to attend mediation but "A successful resoltion is not guaranteed" this on the letter from the United States Government.

How can this happen??? Banks get bailed out,Freddie Mac gets paid all kinds of money and pays Newt_Gingrich a multi-millionaire all kinds of money yet homeowners who lost their homes ,along with equity being stripped are just told there may be no resolution??

Greed is the reason,we can't a bailout to save our homes, yet the money keeps flowing in for Ocwen and Freddie Mac. Why can't someone help us? I am working so hard trying to get some money together ro save my home,there have been suicides and deaths due to this DeMarco,Rei scam.

AS for the" Straw buyers aka investors " many of them received large amounts of cash for allowing DeMarco to use their credit,many of the banks involved rae upset the straw buyers took out loans on our homes at closing.

There has to be help for us,I don't get" our government" our money was stolen,so many reputable title companies and banks were involved in this scam and we can't even get a bail out loan to keep us in our homes.
