in june of 2004 we set up a plan to repay our pas do payments it would be 1142 a month for 9 months it got to hard on us we sent them 4,300.00 by aug 2005. the finances work all but gone so we decided to go ch.13. option one filler a motin tof stay . i really dided know what that ment my lawer was never avalible to talk. fin spoke with attorny a i thought i was do the right thing. but my attorny railroaded me basically and sign the order to lift the stay. i could be leave our lawyer did that this was on feb 2006. i cancelled ch 13 be ause the lawywer said that would be good.the laywer got a 30 day extention so i could refianance. because of my credit its taken so long to get one.but on mar 2, 2006 i recive a call from a friend and said that my house haf been forclosed on and they actioned my house of at 11:00 am the day before . i almst fainted.
i told my friend i was refianacing an had aloan i pick my self up and in a daze i began calling people, ialled curtis legal servicing, inc this is the collect agency how hung the forcloser notice on our front gate one day for all the neborhood to see i ask them if the sold my house and they said yes. i told them it was illegal what they did that i had acourt order. all they said was sorry mam we gave you a notice in 4/2005. i was devistated to the point of a mental break down.went to court house, they told me to go to title comp,went there and broke down crying an the lady said it was illegle and to contact morge company, called a 1-800 3 A HAD FOR SOOM ONE AT OPTION ONE and left a messege telling them it was illegle what they did. at 500 pm my hosband called and spoke to a woman in litagation and she said she would give us and extention to3/31 AND THAT THEY GAVE PEAPLE BACK THERE MONEY WHO BOUGHT OUR HOUSE. i called 3 time that month to let them know about the statis our our refi- and they assurd me that it wont forclsese on 3/31 i cauld to ask to extend a few more weeks that id been apoved but again they lied and said they needed 3000.00 or they would sellour hose 4/4 @ 1100am.that got me on a amotional tail spin again. got on the f phone all day on 4/3 i wont give up we bought our house for 58.000 and itts now wourth 140,000.
i m beginig to get nervis again because the loan company found a clause in the title sayiny that the trusstee isnt even the same person and it not the same title i have. im afraid of losing our home ive fought so hard to keep it. i filled rip of bad i have grandchildren living with me and its been hard on them to see us so upset not know what going to happen next.
