Let me take a few minutes of your time to explain to you how the Corporate Offices of Premier Mortgage Funding, Inc works. First, I will say the CEO does not care about any of his employees, or branches. He is out to make money however he can. If it means screwing someone over then so be it. His hiring ethics are based on if you are a young female with blonde hair and big boobs. If you meet those qualifications, then you are hired at the Corporate Office. He hates to reward his employees. The Christmas bonuses are completely embarassing! The managers have no idea what is going on half the time and they let their employees goof off and make fun of branches. If you are a Premier Branch, then you better believe at one point you have been made fun of. They do what they can to take your money and term you. They are all about compliance with branches, when they don't even have it all together. I only tell the truth because I was there and I know what goes on. It's almost like working in a circus or zoo. Very unorganized, absolutely no discipline whatsoever. Do you really want to be apart of such nonsense? Branches, I would highly recommend you resign while you can, because a Company like this won't last long. You can't do wrong and get away with it. That is one thing I have learned in my experience. This Company will soon go bankrupt because everyone is sueing them. This is my public service announment to everyone. Stay far away from this Company.
