Principal Residential Mortgage Sneaky dealings ripoff Des Moines Iowa

We too were shafted by this company.

As everyone has fallen into this situation a time or two, we fell behind on payments and were offered a "plan", I asked the same question over and over and got the same answer over and over, well we agreeed on the plan and it did not do what they said it would.

The "plan" was to modify our loan so that the late payment can be added into our existing payment, well, we sent all the payments in and they were not applied as we were told they would be causing us to get further behind, we got so far behind that we ended up having to refi our loan costing us MORE then it would have. We lost the 1 and a half payments we made and had to start over again with payment 1 of 360.

When you finance a home your final paper work should say how much you are borrowing and how much you are paying, funny thing about our papers, the amounts are different.
Example: if we financed 65,000 or final paper work should read amount financed 65,000 it doesn't it has a higher amount.

They explination the "truth and lending disclosure papers" will not match the amount borrowed, hummmmmmmmmm I thought that what the T&L disclosure was for?

Am I right or wrong?

The story goes into more detail but before I set it in stone I will review ALL my facts, oh yeah I have almost 2 years wirth facts that will make you scratch your head and wonder "that isn't right, things just don't add up here".

Along with PRM, there is LSI, Loan Servicing Inc, which is a NON PROFIT company working in conjunction with PRM that states they don't make any moeny off anything they do, well that is funny I sure had to right them a check for closing cost in the tune of 800.00.

Talk about shady dealings let me get my facts together and update this rip off report it will leave you just as digusted and confused as we were and still are.
