Pulte And Pulte Mortgage Bait and Switch Lending Practices 7475 S. Joliet Street Colorado

I had a similar experience with Pulte and Pulte Mortgage and currently have an open investigation into their lending practices. I was approved and issued a loan approval for a loan program that does not verify income after I provided all of my income documentation. I was told since I didn't qualify for a loan that verifies income they took the liberty of issuing a loan approval based upon a loan program that does not verify income, aka the fraud loan program. After my failed attempts in cancelling and refunding my earnest deposit, Pulte still requests that I pursuit in closing the transaction or lose my earnest deposit since the loan approval issued is valid. I would be very interested in comparing notes in order to reveal a major conspiracy by Pulte and Pulte Mortgage in issuing loan approvals that contain items of mortgage fraud or to commit mortgage fraud.
