If anyone pursues a class action suit against Quick Loan Funding, please contact me. I was pulled into one of their loans with the promise that should I pay on time and continue working on my credit, I would be refinanced. When I went back and had worked on my credit, I couldn't refinance with them. They actually played games with me in returning calls, etc. They also had questionable practices and documentation at the time that I signed the loan the first time. Just all sort of weird. I should have known then, but I was naive. This was my first home and I am single. I wanted to trust these people. They then sold my loan over and over again. My mortgage went up to an insane amount - I couldn't pay it. I signed the deed over in December 2007 to not have to deal with the whole foreclosure thing. My credit is still suffering from it and I am now living in a cramped apartment. It has all been so painful. This has actually been my lifes greatest failure. Reality is that I get up every day and go to work. My life and everything I worked toward was in that house. I was never late in payments for almost three years - until I realized the rate was something I couldn't pay. Then I had no choice but to find a way out. I even tried to sell the house, but the market was too bad. I had to walk away. It was a bad loan from the beginning. In hindsight, I now realize that. So if there is a group out there trying to make the owner pay for his ill practices, I would like to take part.
