QuickLoanFunding Company Lays off 80% off there employees again! ripoff Costa Mesa California

Quickloanfunding again laid off 85% of there staff yesturday. The owner Daniel Sadek couldnt even meet with the employees to tell them that he was laying people off again. He made Mark Bishop tell everyone that there warehouse lines were cut to 30m and that they were going to make cuts. If we wanted to know if we were safe we could go into the HR director Judy's office and ask.
As of this morning there phone lines are not working. Looks to me like they are doing the same thing that the owner did with his other company Globalcom Satilite. They were in bussines one day and the next they shut there doors turned off the phones and were gone with no notice to there customers at all.
I feel sorry for the home owners that have been working with quickloanfunding who have put out the $350-$500 for there appraisal that wont be reciveing a loan or their refund.

I am an EX employee of Quick Loan Funding. I have been in the Mortgage industry for over 20 years and NEVER in my entire career have I ever worked for such narcissistic MONSTERS such as Daniel Sadek and Escrow Manager Debbie Towns (who was fired, BTW, for hacking into another employees computer and printing out personal emails.... umm...ALLEGEDLY!)
Nor have I ever been so fearful of losing my job to the next family member, friend (or even worse!!.... the owners new " Bimbo flavor of the week" KAT)...even though the flavor of the week had like, MAYBE...5 minutes of escrow officer experience, she was promoted to a top escrow officer position! Employees who had 5, 10 and even 20 years Escrow and Mortgage experience were denied promotions to an escrow officer position (the reason given was the company was not busy enough to add another escrow officer)....and then the next day she was promoted to that position!
Family members and friends hired at both companies were given total LAME jobs like simply printing title reports (EDDIE!) but given the job title of Manager!
Platinum Coast Escrow manager Debbie Towns demanded that her employees email her to notify her of your bathroom breaks (what time you left and what time you came back!) like we were kindergartners!!! KUDOS anyone?!
I am the type of person who sits in the front row of every meeting, however, whenever the owner (monster) Daniel Sadek walked into the room I would try to be as invisible as possible! Daniel would go on a tirade as soon as he hit the door. Throwing loud tantrums like a spoiled 5 year old..ranting about this or that or the other thing. Most of the time yelling at us for doing the very thing that he TOLD US TO DO the day before!!
The best thing I ever did was leave that place!
