select portfolio serviceing is a ripp off co that cont,to keep hurting people. We have been putting up with this for over 4 years. They say we are 2-3 months behind on our payments, and we have proof otherwise. we have never been 30 days late since we bought our house 24 years ago. Ihired a lawyer and all he did was take our money sideing with sps. They did however wright a letter to this clown called a lawyer, saying they made a mistake and applied our payment to another persons account, so they said but we are still late for jan(last year) but we again prooved otherwise.The credit bureaus still have us 2 months behind.
Im haveing a lot of problems from this nightmare, but i have this burning in my gut i just have to find someone like erin brockervitz (misspelled) there has to be a law firm out there to bring these rotten &&&ards to there knees and protect us that have the b&&&ards holding our mortgages.We are one of the people who got ripped off in the first place from ameriquest mortgage in 2000. Please help
