They are good at getting you a loan, but once they get audited they will call you up to get papers you may not be able to get. They want to cover their ass, but they do not care about yours. It is your house the bank will take. They ask you to get certain fake paper form employers, banks, landlords, etc. They summit to the bank, but when the bank starts confirming the authencity of those papers they blame you. The client gave us those papers. They make up numbers, exagerate numbers and once they close they do not want to know or hear about you. They get their money and run. They say the guy is too busy or he will call you back and nothing. In the mean time the bank is up you a**..

Just avoid these people. I refinanced with another company and it was all good. The bank was notified of the papers i did not have and were able to get me a loan at a lower rate after they were wondering why I was refinancing a loan less than a year old.

Like I said before they will get you a loan at a good rate, but will not stay low for a long time. In less than a year you will hear form the bank or when the company get audited you will hear from them.

Avoid Diana Rojo the secretary. She speaks spanish and they have her there to talk you into getting a loan with them. She is like a middle man. She will tell you how good they are and that she will talk to the main man to get you appoved and will help you out, because you are latino, but is all a lie. They just want to get you approved collect their money and do not know you.
