Wachovia Mortgage - WORLD SAVINGS STOLE MY HOUSE VIA ILLEGAL FORECLOSURE SAN ANTONIO Texas

I had a mortgage with World Savings originating in 1999. over the term of the loan I made more payments than was required under the loan agreement. World Savings allegedly became Wachovia Prior to this, World Savings try to default me on three occassions. First two times I paid as they demanded without question. The third time, even though, i made payments every month, they defaulted me. And although I disputed the default and requested a reinstatement quote via mutiple phone calls and by certified mailling they refused to give me reinstatement quote.

I filed a lawsuit, against World Savings and Wachovia Mortgage and Cal-Western Reconveyance Co.( trustee) on 12-26-2009. in San Bernardino superior Court, case # CIVSS 818468, entitled (((Redacted))) v World Savings et al. ( By the way the courts do not like Pro Se Plaintiffs!!) Without notices, my house was sold at an auction on5-7-09. and without notice of eviction to myself and my tenant, and whilst we were out they padlock the door to my house, with our belongings in there.

My house is worth about $400,000.00 - $500,000.00 my mortgage was for $60,000.00 on which I was required to pay app. $400.00 per month. I can pay this amount with my eyes closed!

I am not going to give up on this. My House was fraudulantly taken from me, and examining the number of cases filed against World Savings and Wachovia,
with similar circumstances, I will try to help all the people from whom their home was taken by these theives. They have a great racket going here.
