Washington Mutual Home Loans ripoff! Dishonesty, Fraudulent billing with Disreguard to Federal and State Laws, Final Decree, Court Judgement and Unlawful Accounting Milwaukee Wisconsin

This is my report. How did I end up with WAMU? They bought out Bank United, so the choice was not mine. What I am experiencing with my new mortgage lender is terrifying, so terrifying that I keep a paper trail of everything!!!

My situation is a little unique, I was in the middle of a BK when WAMU bought out Bank United, WAMU is aware of the outcome of my BK and decided to disregaurd it. Yes, True, and I have the paper trail to prove it. Arrears claimed in my BK that was paid by my trusee was attached back to my morgage loan and is indicated on my statement as being applied to this.

Along with this action of disreguard of the Laws, WAMU has make many mistakes in trying to cover this action. I have tried to inform WAMU of what I am aware of, by phone, letters, and faxes, as of this month, I"m sure without a doubt that several illegal actions has accured.

I did get a respond to my last fax, it took about 41/2 month for a response, but that respond verified my report that I have submitted. P.S. always keep a paper trail to compare.
