Washington Mutual unlawful transfer of funds Seattle Washington

I do not have a morgage or bank account with Washinton Mutual and never will. My husband's ex-wife has her morgage with them. My husband is not on her morgage. When she became 2 months behind on her morgage WaMu took it upon themselves to transfer her overdue morgage payments out of my checking account.

They told by bank that I okayed the transfer. Then they said my husband's ex-wife okayed the transfer which she can't legally do since she is not on my bank account.

We have gotten nothing but false promises from multiple people from their customer service. When I tried to get the address for the corporate office they told me they did not have it.

To me what they did was robbery. Having over $1200 illegally removed from my banking account by anyone else would be considered robbery. I recommend no one bank with this institution.
