WORLD SAVINGS BANK Agreed in writing to defer two payment's then backed out requesting three month's payment in full San Antonio Texas

Hello,my name is,John and I contacted wold saving's my mortgage holder in march of 07 to ask for two month's of payment deferment's they agreed and sent me a conformation letter stating they will be defering April 07 and May 07 reson being I had a emergency out of state all was well until I returned home to find a letter in the mail from world saving's stating "Your loan has been approved for commencement of foreclosure action" As anyone would be sick to their stumach I quikly called them to ask what the hell they were talking about forclosure when I had a letter in my possetion with there approval for the deferment's they said well we tried to reach you but had no succes.

Duh they knew I was out of state! so here we are in July 07 with them requesting $5,000.00 that I did not have. Mind you im perminent dissabled all my money went into theis dream house im about to lose.I was forced to file chapter 13 with payment's that are way be on my capability with a family of 6. No way they are not going to get away with my life and kid's saving's I will do everything in my power and knollege to stop this I've contacted all local and goverment official's to there civil violation's and will be hiring a attorney to represent me.Let's not forget that I have that letter with agreement.
