Fountain Inn Hotel Overcharged room rate after quoting and reserving room two months prior. Hewcastle Wyoming

After making reservations about two months prior to taking our trip, I even called to "verify" that all was well so we wouldn't get there and not have the room.

When my wife and I showed up to check in, my wife (who checked us in) was told that the room was 115.00 not 89.00 a night. We planned to spend most of the week there so it added up pretty quick. 26 bucks a night times four nights.

Ulitmately they said they could adjust the nightly rate by "by meeting us in the middle" ten bucks was the figure, but they would not reduce it to the 89.00 quoted months ago. (during Strugis bike week)

Even though I spoke at lentgh about ethics and reputation they said "sorry, it's the best we could do".
