I reserved a room at the motel 8 in mcdonough, ga for two nights and payed with a credit card and when I got my credit card statment I noticed that I was charged for an extra night. when my wife called the motel they said it should not have happened, and they sent us a refund check for that extra night, we cashed the check and thought all was well. until my bank returned the check motel 8 had sent me with NSF stamped on the check.

When I went to the motel 8 website, I sent them a e-mail explaning all this, as I scrolled down the page I discovered that motel 8 and a list of other motels are in a class action lawsuit for excess charges.
