Surplus Materials Driscoll Adventures Did not deliver goods paid for and refused to refund money Hesperia, California

I found them through a friend who used them to decorate their hotel.  It was amazing after.  Tracy has great taste.  She then supplied materials and suggestions for my new home.  I was so pleased.  Since using her the people who filed this report started stalking me I dont know how they found me I find it all very creepy and I have since contacted the police.  They are sending me death threats in order to get me to go along with their complaint.  I called tracy to ask her why these people are doing this and she said they are doing the same to her.  She said she tried to give them their order and they refused it and refuse to work with her, they are sending her death threats too.  These people need straight jackets and they are scaring me.  I am a mom of 5 children and worry about our lives with these nut cases and I heard that the guy sending the threats is a pilot who owns his own airport...that worries me a lot.  If anyone else has had trouble with death threats from the people who filed this complaint please call the Indiana state police as they are fixing to start an investigation into their activities.  I will continue to get building supplies from surplus materials as she has done nothing but give me quality products at wonderful prices, but getting stalked by these psychos is freaking me out!!!!

We don't know anything about death threats or any other types of harrassment this person is claiming. All we're trying to do is get our material or money back form her and she freaks out over the phone at us!

Matter of fact, since she seems to know so mouch about the situation it's probably Tracy Hunt herself that posted this comment. We have all the FACTS! Tracy Hunt took our money in exchange for materials she never delivered. We did not refuse the materials. We BEGGED her to deliver them. When she wouldn't she REFUSED to return our money. There is no justification for her to keep our money or materials, yet she thinks there is. If anyone doesn't believe this feel free to contact us and we will give you ALL the FACTS! Here's a copy of an email we sent her on January 18th!

Hi Tracy
Hope you are well. We are at a pivotal point. We need 65 refrigerators on a truck today. These need to be in our rooms before Super Bowl. We cannot wait any longer. If they do not go on a truck today, we will be forced to go elsewhere for
them. We have been working with you for a while and would like to finish our transactions. This needs to be expedited today.

65 refrigerators at $225 each is $14,625. We sent you $37,800. If you get these refrigerators on a truck today, then wire us $23,175 less the shipping. If you cannot put them on a truck today, wire the full $37,800 today. We have been waiting too long and have now reached our deadline.>

It clearly asks her to deliver the material, all or part or return the money. We've come to the conclusion that she never had the material to begin with and spent our money, which is why she can't return it.

In the meantime, we've discovered she has ripped off several other people. She is being sued by us and many others. Lawyers fees and all it will be almost $60,000 when its' done and all she had to do was return the money or deliver the materials and it would've been a closed case. At this point, even if she returns the money we'll still go after her for lawyers fees. It's too late Tracy.. you had your chance!

It's shameful that she would come on here pretending to be someone else and post nice things about herself.
