Cycle M i put my motorcycle in running and got it back non running not even the gauges work Machesney Park Illinois

hi i put my bike in cycle m for some repairs they quoted me the price of $1,160.00 dollars and thats all it would have cost and when i called and asked when i can have my bike they informed me the bike was all apart and had been for 4 mounths and they are not gonna put it back togather untill they are paid upfront and in full mind ya they never told me that they are a prepaid service and when i let them know i had the money they told me the price is now 1400 dollars and now they lost parts to my bike due to my bike parts being scatterd all over their shop.

when we went to pick up his bike there was a serious knock in the motor mind ya we heard it run earlyer in the am it did,nt have a knock in it and the mechanic told me he,ll not fix the problem he caused and if we dont get the bike off his property he,ll charge us 25.00 dollars a day for storage he had my husbands bike tore apart and scaterd all over his shop my husband already has a complaint filed with you we paid for the bike to be fixed and now it's worse than ever and cycle m refuses to make it right with us please help us they are ripping us and others off

we put the bike in very drivable and we have the prior owner will testify in court to this and now the gauges do,nt even work mind ya we heard the bike run several times and it sounded great without a knock in it we are very prepared to take this to court
