The Texas Department of Public Safety Driver License Bureau cashed my check and has not sent what I paid for them to send me. Where I'm from this is called being ripped off. It doesn't have to be a company or an individual for you to be ripped off!

Additional infomration: The check was cashed over a month ago now, and the Texas Department of Public Safety cannot get their story straight. First, they said the packet was never mailed because of a "computer virus", then they said they mailed it, but started blaming the post office.

My position is this - Once you cash my check, the onus is on you to deliver. Don't use the "it's in the mail" excuse. If the post office lost my tax return and check to the IRS, who would they go after? They would tell me it is my responsibility to get the payment to them on time.
