Bernard/Patrick Mulroy runs a scam where he has set up a website that promises to help you fight traffic tickets. On the site he shows you how to ask for the forms whereby you can fight the ticket by mail. He promises to send you a "special" email directly to him to offer further advice and answer questions and read over your letter. He promises to offer references to other cases and useful case law. He promises a great deal.

Everything promised is a scam. You will never hear anything from him but demands for more money. He works under the protection of PayPal who refuse to give refunds since he offers a service and not goods. Since most court dates will actually come after the 45 days PayPal allows you to file a claim, they won't even listen to your appeal. They work perfectly together and PayPal refuses to say how much business he does through their organization.

He may live somewhere around San Diego, and if you can uncover any information on this guy, pass it on to the state attorney general. He steals only $25 from each of us, but it sure sticks in my craw.
