one weekend my car broked down and need it to get fix, so i did fixed replaced the part that i needed in an authorized automobile dealer, on the following monday i call warranty advisor hot line number and an operator answered the phone, i told her that my car need it to replace the right lower control arm of the vehicle and she said yes, please send us the bill to get you reimbursement, so i did send the bill to an address they gave me 
to marathon administrative co, inc; 
1716 corporate crossing, suite 2, po box 916 o'fallon, il 62269-0961, 
(tel: 618-628-3090, fax: 618-628-3092), 
a week later came back a letter with the original automobile repair bill, 

the letter said december 23, 2009; 
mr jaime xxx, address, zip code, 
re: contract number: xxxxxxxxxx, 
dear mr. xxxxxx
this letter is in response to the correspondence received from you regarding coverage for recent repairs to your automobile. Please be adviced that the lower control arms are not listed as covered components under the policy. 
Unfortunately, your request for coverage has been denied, if you have any questions feel free to call 800-205-8988.

automobile warranty advisor are permanent closed, they are no longer on business
operator said that marathon administratve co, inc took over the automobile warranty advisor2
i am one of the fooled people who got stock with the automobile warranty advisor lies
i do not know what to do, keep paying mepco finance corporation or loose the money that i already invested, please help
