i live in so. calif and these guys are in avondale
i found a listing of theirs on the internet
called them up about it and it seemed like worth the drive to buy it
(the vehicle was relatively new and it was a honda
so what could really be wrong with it mechanically?)

when i got there the bill of sale had jumped from
what was listed at $11k to $15k
now i get there are options
and i actually believe in the extended warranty
but then there were others like AUTO BUTLER and glass insurance
that were *printed* on the bill
not handwritten to make it look like it was required
but for everyone out there IT IS NOT REQUIRED
apparently in arizona windshields get stolen a lot
but not in socal so why would i need it?
and auto butler?
i was told auto butler had places all over calif
and i could get it done in los angeles
turns out - the closest place to me is sandiego
not cool

so when i found that out
i called to ask for my money back
cause basically i was lied to
they said they couldnt because it was TYPED in option
what kind of bullcrap is that?
they basically frauded me -
selling me something that didnt exist
and then wouldnt honor a refund when i called them on it
not only that they gave me the run around when i did call
(3 days of constant calling before someone would actually speak with me!!????)


bottom line - these guys suck
and if you are gonna buy from them
make sure that you tell them when they pull the bill of sale together
to not put any options on it
and if you want the options
you will consider them after you buy the vehicle at the advertised price

i did however give them the one star cause i love the car
and it was in the shape as they told me over the phone
otherwise i woulda give them negative stars if i could have
