Americar Finance , This company will ask for a credit card number (for payment purposes) is what the told us since we are located in Tx and the cars we were asking them to repossess is in MI. The company was given the repo information 08/09/09 along with the address where the vehical was at.  GPS was on the vehical . ICU was suppose to pick up the vehical that was at the giving address and taken to nearest Auto Auction . Amanda gave excuses eveytime we called for an update , kept giving excuses but they never actually went to the address to attempt to pick up car. But the company went ahead and  billed for the repo, billed for a repo they NEVER attempted to locate even with a giving address. We  called AMANDA to dispute charges and  she hung up on us. This company is a fraud and rip off ,these people are thieves .Please add us to any class action law suit this company has comming  to them. They are low lives ,cheats ,and thieves who rather steal for a living than work for one!
