I hear the same story over and over about this company. I wish I would have seen these warnings before I used this company. I'm the recovery manager for an Auto Finance Company. I used them because they supposedly had low repo fees & were not charging a close fee.. When I called this company I was qouated a price of 350.00 for the repo. I knew exactly where the car was I did my research & my skip work before I even gave them the order. This company got my car 3 days after I sent the order out right where I told them it would be. When called them to pick up my car that's whent the scam & extortion started. They sent me a bill for over 2,000.00 when I called them to see why it was so high they claim they charge a percentage of the car for skip work. I reviewed the hold harmless that I sighned and it doesn't jive w/ what they're charging me for. this is a prime example of organized crime @ it's finest & yet the goverment still continues to let them do bussiness. This company is not even licensed an any states besides delaware. I've reported them to the attorney generals office in 3 states HOPEFULLY THE DAMN GOVERMENT WAKES UP & SHUTS THEM DOWN W/ A HUGE FINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!THIS COMPANY USES DECEPTIVE BUSSINESS PRACTICES!!!!!!!!!!!WE NEED A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT BROUGHT AGAINST THEM.. PLEASE IF ANY ATTORNEYS ARE WILLING TO TAKE THIS CASE ON A CONTINGENCY BASIS LET ME KNOW!!!!!!!!!
