I bought ten gallons of propane here. The employee took my credit card behind a partition where I could not see him. He came back and said the credit card machine was not working and asked if I would pay in cash. I paid in cash and did not think any more about it.

I checked my credit card account at the end of the week and found three charges from this business totaling $144. I call the owner and he said they were having trouble with the credit card machine and said he would credit my account for this amount which he never did.

Buyer beware! These guys are thieves and con artists. The propane cost me $18.40 a gallon.

Joes Window Tint has been in business for over 10 yrs now. We have established a normal and regular cliental, and have established professionalism for all this time. If you or anyone has felt cheated or something was done in error, we would be happy to correct the error. All you would need to do is come directly into the shop and ask for the owner himself. We have had part time help in the shop and people who may have not known how to operate the credit card machine. But I can assure you we are not in the habit of ripping people off. We are a professional business who has handled many professional corporations who have come back year after year. For your slanderous acquisitions, warrants you to revisit our business to correct any error that may have occurred. Posting internet comments about our business is in fact a ridiculous way to handle a situation which could have been easily corrected.
