Kevin Lang & Associates, Inc. Lang Insurance/ Lang Insurance Brokerage Lies, Never really knows the answer to any of my questions, takes them a long time to find out issues & resolutions. Overcharges. Not helpful. Rude.I never received any policy info for a year. Seaford, Medford, New York

This company never gave me information on my policy until a year later. In a years time, I only had to contact them about 4 times, but each time was always a hassle. Either no one could help me at the time; or it took them forever to find out what the issue was. They were late on sending  Eveready my insurance information and now when my renewal comes in the mail, they raised my premium by $300+ a year. When I called, it took the lady about 10minutes just to figure out WHY and then last minute says it's because NY state raised the Insurance. I think it's all LIES. I feel that she just said that because once again she couldn't figure out WHY it had happened. Therefore, I am switching to GEICO; where my policy will remain the same, but I will be paying less. Geico offers many other services that Lang doesn't. I have never had issues with Geico & I am always able to view my information online 24/7. Overall, Lang is just one of those small companies you don't want to deal with. Better off with a larger company like Geico, Allstate, Statefarm etc..
