This company on the first time around, took his car and in order to get it back, he had to meet them at a truck stop and pay the driver. They don't have a brick and mortar. There address is a PO box. They gave no reason for the tow. And this morning they would not answer any phones. They have cost him time and money. He has had to miss work, and for the record, this company has and F with The BBB! Please expose these crooks. We need good honest companies to provide service in America.
