toyota motor corp., inc. refusal to provide information torrance, California

I recently purchased a Toyota Prius, after deciding that I would be retiring overseas to France (Europe), and would ship my car there as I would be entitled to take it as well as other personal property.  I contacted Toyota France (after having been given a run-around by Toyota Motors, Inc., USA), and they sent me a form to be filled out by Toyota here in the USA.  When I contacted Toyota Motors, USA, they refused to "directly assist me with the export of a USA based Toyota", and refused to fill out the form from Toyota, France, and had the gall to apologize for not being able to fill out the form which just had YES/NO questions about the rear-view mirrors, windshield.  I get really suspicious of large corporations, and feel they are hiding something, and I think it has to do with the difference in price between what they sell the Prius for in Europe, and what they sell it for in the USA.  As I can take it with me, and not pay import duties and VAT taxes, I will save about $15,000.  I think Toyota is dumping their automobiles at lower prices into the USA to kill what is left of the US car manufacturing business.  They have just created a real nuisance for me, I will just go to the dealership where I bought the car, and have them fill out the form for me, even if I have to pay them something.
